Return Policy

14-Day Return Window

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 10 days, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached and original packaging intact
  • Free of makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, or other marks

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Email us at service@shynigt.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We'll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 48 hours.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at service@shynigt.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
