Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked "Delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier first. For packages that are truly lost in transit, email us at service@shynigt.com and we'll file a claim on your behalf.
Wrong Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to reshipping fees.
